Oscietra (Acipenser Gueldenstatedtii) roe, like salmon caviar, has a refined taste and it is also very useful, as it contains many trace elements.  This caviar contains a complete set of amino acids, including glutamic and aspartic, lysine, serine, leucine; minerals: potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron, as well as many vitamins.
