We prepare 2 recipes: classic and malossol.
Malossol is pasteurized (gentle heat treatment) and therefore the taste lasts longer – the shelf life is 8 months.
Classical version is non pasteurized, with minimal procession – salt. It is characterized by the amount of salt, so accordingly the shelf life will be 2.5 months.
Our technology allows us to obtain eggs from females grown in artificial conditions. The methods we use lets us save the unique combination of taste from wild fish. More about quality you can read here.
The products are packed under vacuum in a glass jar and crystal (1 to 4 ounces) and in cans in larger volume (250, 500 and 1000 grams).
